Welcome to Maple Crest!
Maple Crest Care Centre is a skilled nursing home specializing in short term rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions including joint replacement and fractures, cardiac conditions,and post operative care. Physical,occupational,and speech therapy is available daily with the goal to return you home.For the individual with scheduled hospitalization such as knee surgery, hip replacement, or other surgical needs, we offer pre-registration that allows you a smooth transition from hospital to our rehab center and eventually home.
