Founded in 1971, Maple Crest Care Centre is an 86-bed facility located just north of Belvidere. Our fully renovated, beautifully designed and landscaped facility is widely recognized as one of the most attractive in the area.

Through the years, Maple Crest has continued growing and evolving to meet community needs, and today offers a full continuum of care, from temporary respite to short-term rehabilitation to long-term skilled nursing care, and a broad array of specialty programs and services.
